The weather is nice out today and like I said in my previous post, I have been trying to find a spot that I'd like to start my garden. Well, I found it! Right beside the front porch.. Haha. I decided on this spot because there were actually onions already growing there! It was crazy.. I didn't want to hoe the poor suckers up, but they weren't getting the love and care they needed anyway with the grass sucking up all of their water. I did however, leave a few. I want to see how they turn out. Since the onions were already growing there, I felt that it was good enough soil for my jalapeƱo peppers. So as of now I have 10 peppers planted.. I know they say that you should start them indoors and then transplant them once they are a few inches tall.. But I'm fairly behind this season so I figured, what the hell. Hopefully, it all turns out okay. Tomorrow I will plant my squash and tomatoes!
Oh and my hoe broke!! :( sad times.. Haha

UPDATE!!! Finally...
HEY YALL!! I'mmmm baaaack! Did you miss me? Ehh, who am I trying to fool? I was NEVER consistent with this thing! Ready for my excuse? ..... 0k... I don't really have one. :) But as of now, I have working internet, and a device that can upload my thoughts.. cool? cool. Sooooo a lot has happened, obviously. So, instead of sitting here typing for a million years about the little details that have happened over the past year I will fill you in on what is going on now!
Trace, my almost 6 month old (whose birthday was September 14th), is almost crawling!! I mean, he practically is!! He sees somewhere he wants to go, gets into the plank position, curls one knee up underneath his stomach, and zzhhooom! pushes forward.. sometimes face planting into the floor, other times just onto his tummy. Then, he gets back up and does it over, and over again until he has reached his destination...He is soo incredibly strong! Hadley on the other hand, is a bit more experienced.. hahah THIS GIRL CAN RUN!!! And I mean, RUN. back and forth back and forth.. jump up down.. then up.. then down.. runs in a circle. "AH!", screams, then back to running.. haha she is seriously the most athletic child I have ever seen!
As for foods: I'm not sure what I posted last time, but for a while Hadley has been very sensitive to textures of different kinds of foods. It has been fairly difficult to get the girl to eat anything!! OYY VEEEHHH.Trace has barely started on solids.. so far he has tried yellow squash, rice, and refried beans. Yes, refried beans. Hahaha. My husband, Tyler, wasn't too happy that I introduced it to him but the tough ol' boy digested it juuuust fine. haha.
My kiddos have been incredibly great sleepers!! Hadley usually naps around 1:30 and will be down for a couple o hours and she sleeps through the night! Trace takes one nap in the morning and another in the evening.. each lasting around a couple of hours. He goes to bed around 7:30pm and will only wake a couple of times throughout the night to eat! Then, we're up and at it around 7:00am! Ahh.. not toooo bad if I do say so myself.... Which, I do.
Our living arrangements have been quite scattered for a while, but I think things are finally starting to calm down. :) Tyler has been working at a power plant 2 1/2 hours away from home and had been staying in an RV.. That wasn't working out toooo well for me, the kids, and the dog when we would come to visit.. soo we decided it would be best to rent a home month to month. Today was our first day here at the rental house, and I have been loving it! will update more on that later.
Okay.. gotta get dinner going! For now I will leave you with a few pictures!
XOXO

I've been meaning to do a update but things have just been really hectic lately. With the new baby on the way Tyler and I have been trying to make a few changes in our life.. Like getting a house, starting college, and preparing Hadley for her new sibling that's on the way. I haven't had a lot of breathing room or time to myself. So instead of cleaning and organizing, or studying, I am doing this much needed update.
I am sorry it has taken me this long.
My laptop is dead..well, it's having a slow death.. So I am here on the iPad. I am sorry if it won't let me post pictures :(
Hadley has grown soo much.
She is beautiful.. And a handful.
Not much has changed in her discoveries from my last update except for our sleeping arrangements.. I have been letting her sleep with us.
I know, not the best idea.. But it is what works for us now. We all get much more sleep and I just feel that it brings about less stress.. Which is exactly what I need. We will figure it out as we go along. I just don't see the point in fighting with her all night to get her to sleep in her own bed just because that is what everyone says is the best thing to do. Since this is what is working for us at the moment.. Then I'm all for it.
Another discovery of Hadley is books. Of course she's seen me read to her and act out the whole story with different voices for different characters... What I mean is.. She pretends she is reading to Tyler and I. You can tell that she really enjoys flipping the pages and uses dramatic explanations of the pictures. It is one of the cutest things ever.
So, Tyler and I are really trying to buy this house right down the road from his mother's. It is on 2 acres and I love it. It really is everything that I could wish for. The yard is big enough for the kids to run around and play, me to have my garden, and for a dog to help protect us and be a great companion for the kids.
We just have to wait and see. I'm really trying hard to not get my hopes up on this one!
Yes, I have kind of, sort of, started college. I am studying for the accuplacer test. Let me tell you, I am further behind in math than I thought! But, I actually do enjoy the studying. I guess it is like an escape from my every day boring routine, and it makes me feel better to know that I am headed towards a goal of mine that will ensure that I can take care of the children if anything were to happen.
The weather is hot and miserable during this pregnancy.. But I am trying to pull it together so that Hadley can play outside and get some fresh air and excersice! I know we both need it. I just wish that I weren't soo tired all of the time. I know it is just the pregnancy.. So I am trying not to get too down on m lazy self. :)
Other than that the pregnancy is going great and flying by faster and faster. Tyler and I still haven't picked a name yet.. But we are working on it!
Well, I would love to write more but I have tons of cleaning and organizing to do!
I will leave y'all with some pictures when I finally figure out how to do it from iPad

It's been too long!
It has been forever since I last blogged.. but I figured it was okay since no one reads this anyway :P
A LOT... and I mean, A LOT has been happening.
First and foremost.. My daughter Hadley just had her 1st Birthday on the 11th!
We threw her a cute little Hungry Caterpillar birthday party..
it was very stressful getting it all put together so that is why I never got around to doing her one year post! So here it goes:
YOU'RE WALKING HADLEY!!!
she started those little baby steps on April 5th.
We woke up one morning and I just had the urge to take her to the playground area here at the RV park. As soon as I set her down in the rocks she was up and wobble walking! (Just like a little penguin) soo cute!
As the day progressed she became better and better and from there on out she has been walking!
I cried that day.
She's growing up soo fast.
She still is not sleeping through the night.
She has however, cut down to only waking up once in the night to cuddle or eat.. I can't complain.. I get 6-8 hours of sleep every night, and I feel rested when I wake.
She is now drinking 2-3 sippy cups of soy milk a day.. and she has all three meals with snacks in between. She is eating soo great now. It just took me being persistent with putting food in front of her face to get her to eat it!
No new words and I've been trying soo hard to teach her some! Like, baby, puppy, cute... Nothing. Just dada and mama. I can tell she soo badly wants to say these words but she just yells baby babbles.. I gotta say, it is very adorable.
She sometimes talks back when I tell her "No."
She will raise her voice and shout and then shake her head No.. haha. She definitely knows what that means.. I have been trying to teach her "yes".. but she has no interest. I have also been trying to teach her baby sign language.. she doesn't hold her attention long enough to look at my face and put two and two together.. That's okay though. She knows what, "You want a bite?" means and.. "Are you thirsty? Do you want a drink?" She is very smart and it amazes me what she comes to understand within the few short weeks of me teaching her.
Her favorite T.V. shows consist of Elmo's World, Pocoyo, Beginning Together (Sesame Street DVD for babies) and the Backyardigans.. She stillll loves them :) I think it's the singing and dancing.. she loves to do both. She stands up and bounces to music when it comes on and sings "la la la" ( The theme song to Elmo's World )
She loves babies.
Anything to do with her baby doll.. or real babies.. she is interested. This lady that lives a few trailers down from us has a 3 month old.. and Hadley is ALWAYS walking over to her when they're outside to get a good look at the baby. It is soo adorable.
She loves for me to read to her, and I love reading to her. I hope she keeps her interest in books. More so than movies anyway.
Hadley dear.. You have been growing up soo beautifully. You are smart and the SWEETEST baby I know. I love you.
We had an alright Easter.
Hadley got to hang with my side of the family.. and she had lots of fun playing with her cousins and hunting for easter eggs.
DRAMA QUEEN!
Like I had said at the beginning of this post, A LOT has been going on.. So let's get to it!
Tyler, Hadley and I will be adding a new addition to our little family!
That's right! We are having another baby!!
I know that I should have written this a while back.. but things have been busy, busy. SO YAH! Another baby! The majority of the people that are reading this post already know soo I didn't think it was all that important to blog about it right away, but it's time to put this all down on the blog :)
I am 4 months pregnant! This pregnancy feels like it has gone by much faster.. but it has been a bit more rough with this one.. I guess because I already have a daughter! haha.
I got my blood drawn yesterday and I am currently waiting on a text from my midwife letting me know when my gender ultrasound is! AH! I KNOW! EXCITING! We are hoping for a baby boy.. but we will be happy no matter what.
I will definitely be keep you guys updated!
Here is a picture of the little baby a month ago..
So what do you guys think?
BOY? GIRL?
leave me your guesses.
UNTIL NEXT TIME!

11 Month Update and Weather!
WHEW!
What a month it has been, what a month it HAS BEEN!
So much has happened.
1st thing's first:
11 month update for Hadley.
(1 more month till she's 1 YEAR OLD! EEEEEEP!)
She has grown soooo tall!
Seriously, it has gotten more and more difficult to hold this baby with her looooooooong legs.
Her sleeping schedule has been about the same since last time.
I feel more sleep deprived than ever.. especially with this new time change.
The only difference is the past two days she will only nap once.. for about 20 min tops!!!
no good.
no good.
She wakes up 1-2 times in the middle of the nap and just cries because she wants me to hold her. I know. I brought it onto myself.. but it really is difficult to let her cry when Tyler is sleeping just a few feet away from her and has to be up at 6 to get ready and go to work for 12 hrs a day. So, I pick her up and walk with her, and walk with her, and walk with her until she falls asleep. I haven't had a full nights sleep in FOREVER.
She is now fully on the sippy cup! She was on regular formula but Ty decided that we should switch her to soy to maybe help get rid of the ear infections..(she got a double ear infection after the flu.) Tyler and most of his siblings were on soy milk when they were toddlers. I was VERY hesitant at first with the soy.. I mean, I had read horrible things about the effects of soy. (especially in females) I won't get into it because I could go on forever and ever about it.. when it came down to it Ty and I couldn't agree on it.. so I gave in. I figured, EH, whatever. She will only be drinking it for a short while and then I can introduce milk to her again when she is older. NBD. She seems to be doing fine on soy, besides a little constipation, which I can fix, so I don't see the point in switching her again.
Walking:
She is still not walking.
She just isn't all that interested in it. However, she LOVES standing up. It makes her feel like a big girl. Every once in a while she will take a step on accident and then sits down. She just doesn't feel ready for it yet.. I guess?
That is fine with me though. I want her to walk when she is ready :)
OH BOY does this girl have attituuuuuude.
If I start to do something she doesn't like (dress her, change her diaper, offer her food she doesn't want at the moment) she throws the biggest fit. She swings her hands around and shakes her head no while she squeals. haha. It is bad. Sometimes she even hits and throws her whole body backwards. At first I wasn't sure what to do about this. I didn't know if I should tap her little hand for hitting (but it didn't seem right to counter act hitting with, well, hitting) so, I have now been grabbing her hand when she hits and I hold it there getting real close to her face and say, "No, no. That is not nice. That hurts." (even though it really doesn't, unless she hits me in the eye, which has happened!) That seems to get her to quit, most of the time, or she just cries.. which is fine with me. As long as she is not hitting.
She still pretty much eats the same things. She just hasn't eaten a lot since she got sick. I think her appetite will pick back up again once she's 100% recovered from these ear infections.
She hasn't really made any new friends. She mainly just hangs with her cousins and they have loads of fun together. She looks up to them soo much.
She seems to be minding a bit better. If I tell her no she usually quits what she is doing. (Like pulling on wires, climbing stairs, throwing stuff)
She now has 4 teeth.. 4 beautiful little teeth. And wow, can she bite. That is another habit I have been trying to break her of. I know it is hard for her to help it.. so I don't get onto her too much unless she is deliberately doing it because she is mad at me, then that is a different story.
She also now plays peek-a-boo! She puts the blanket over herself and hides.. then quickly pulls it off and laughs.. it's seriously one of the most adorable things I have ever witnessed.
We didn't have the good camera with us so these are off of my phone
So here she is @ 11 MONTHS!!:
biting herself.
about to throw a fit for taking her picture and making her wear a bow.
swinging.(before she got the flu)
eating like a big girl!
finally crashing out after a long day.
the only picture I could get her to smile in. (put her right next to the t.v....)
WELP. I guess that is about it on the 11 month post.
As for the weather... RAIN, RAIN, AND MORE RAIN.
We have been cooped up in this RV for 4 DAYS!! UAHNBKJASBFIUADF. We are going crazy. But, God knows we need the rain. So let it pour for a few days and then BE DONE! haha. I am sooo ready for some good weather! It is supposed to clear up tomorrow so I'm thinking Hadley and I will make a trip to Waco! Get some shopping done like real girls do! woo hoo! girl day!!
Hope everyone is enjoying the rain.. I know that overall, I am!!!
:)
Happy Days Everyone!!

I've got FEVER
For the past couple of weeks I have had fever...
No, no.. not high temperature fever.. DECORATING/ORGANIZING FEVER!
And this is no good for me... because I/we live in an RV!! There is no room for ANYTHING. I do not even have a closet for my vacuum! It just sits there.. out in the open.. gawking at me.. can you sense my frustration?
I am in this small RV every SINGLE day and I would like it to be... more of "My Style"... but it's just cluttered! We have absolutely NO STORAGE SPACE. Well, there is the storage underneath the RV.. but if I need something I have to go outside.. crouch down.. unlock it.. get out what I need... close it back. UGH! I wish I had someone that could teach me there ways; their minimizing JUNK ways.
You see, I like to hold on to stuff.
I guess you could say that I have..... attachment issues?
I pick up an item and I think to myself, "Is this absolutely necessary to keep?" and my answer is usually, "YES! YES, I MIGHT NEED THIS SOMEDAY . HAH.. its pretty bad.
Do you see where the problem lies?
Hm.. I guess it is time to minimize.. that means some of Tyler's stuff as well!
okay.. so here is my project.. new, clean, organized RV.. O.K. ready???
GOOOO!
wish me luck! :/

Anniversaries, Birthdays, and NO SLEEP.
February is now my absolute favorite month of the year... besides April.. (Hadley's Birth Month).
This month has felt incredibly long.. but in a good way.. I guess :)
To start with, Hadley took her VERY FIRST STEP this month!
She is growing up entirely too fast and I miss being able to just bundle her up like a newborn and cuddle her in my arms. Time went by slow then and now I can hardly find time to fit in a shower for myself.
She enjoys watching her older cousins run around, rough house with each other, play tag, and have their dance parties. Her eyes light up when they come running into the room and I can see on her face that she soooo badly want to join them and create chaos. I am pretty sure they are what had motivated her to take that very first step. Now.. she is taking a couple of steps every now and then. Slowly inching her way to her favorite toys. She stands up and says, "YAY!".. cheers herself on.. and starts to bounce to music on her kiddie TV shows and swings her arms around as if she were saying (yah.. that's right.. check me out.. I'm pretty cool) haha I LOVE IT. She is getting pretty good at dancing and it brings a smile to my face every time she does it. Sometimes I join her and then that REALLY gets her going..
( I have not stopped smiling while typing this blog :) )
A couple of days after Hadley taking her first steps.. we took her to stay the night with her Grandpa and Alicia. Tyler and I had our first wedding anniversary and it was AMAZING. I had the GREATEST time and I definitely want to go back again. Tyler bought me flowers.. we got an upgrade to our room (FREE OF CHARGE), and we got some great photos. (I will be uploading them in the next blog). We had an amazing 5 course meal, sat on the roof of the restaurant and watched the sun set. it was beautiful and I will never forget it. The next morning we woke up and went on a short hike around the property. It was perfect weather and for a second there.. I felt no stress and all the worries of the world had lifted off of my shoulders. I was relaxed. It was amazing.
OH, and when I went to pick Hadley up from her Granpa's.. she was drinking BM from her sippy cup! She is now OFFICIALLY weaned! YAAAYYY! *happy dance* She drinks soo well from her cup and she looks like such a big girl when she does it! well.. she is a big girl! growing very quickly!
On the 20th Tyler had his 23rd birthday.. we went on on Sunday night and saw Cory Morrow in concert at the Buck Horn and after that we hit up Pardners for some dancing.. only to be kicked out after being there for a couple of hours. It is to be expected. For some reason you're not allowed to have fun in this town.. haha.. it makes the cops and bouncers nervous.
The next morning was TERRIBLE. Tyler, Hadley, and I came down with the flu. UGHHHH the WORST MAN. Hadley is NO FUN when she is sick.. she cries.. constantly. I thought I knew what it was like to have a sick baby.. but obviously I had never had the flu to compare it to. Hadley and I stayed at my dad's so that they could help me with her. Yes, it was that bad. Hadley also had a ear infection so she was on Ibuprofen, Tylenol, ANNND Antibiotics the whole week. We got no sleep... and neither did my dad or Alicia. I felt bad exposing them to it.. and of course, after Hadley and I got better.. they got sick. SORRY DAD AND ALICIA! FEEL BETTER SOON!
But yes, I am happy to say that we are all healed up over here besides runny (Hadley's nose) and stopped up (My nose) noses.
Speaking of noses.. I had to switch Hadley's formula because apparently the formula she was on was making her mucus WAY WORSE. As of today she is now on soy.. we shall see how this works out. Hopefully well.
I have started my gardening now too! EEEEK! soo excited! I have been talking about doing this but had never actually put it into action.. but here we go!
I have now planted: Cilantro, Peppers, and 2 different types of Tomato! I am soo excited to watch them grow! (along with other things) :)
ADIOS.

UPDATE!
Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've updated.. ergg. So sorry, so sorry.
Hadley will be 10 months old in 9 days!! But, I couldn't wait that long to update so here we go!
(still planning on updating on her 10 month mark)
ANYWAY.
Hadley has been growing up entirely too fast, which, in turn.. gives me baby fever. Sometimes I want her to stay a baby forever! But don't worry ya'll.. still planning on waiting a little while till we have another one!
So Hadley has learned a few new tricks.
She has been "posing" for the camera! With weird, cute little faces...
example A:
example B:
example C:
And here she is making a face that looks like she is saying, "WHATEVER!" :
I have decided that I have the HAPPIEST baby on the face of this earth. She smiles SOO MUCH, and it fills my heart with soo much joy.. I can't get mad at her.. like really. Even if I start to have a bad day... she smiles with her cute little bottom teeth.. and it lights up the entire room. YES! I said it! She has 2 crooked little bottom teeth.. The bottom left one popped up and then the other one popped up not even 2 weeks later! Now she has her top left tooth cutting through. SO CUTE. No more gummy smile. sad.. but true.
So here she is.. giving a BEAUTIFULLY BIG SMILE!:
SEE! SO BEAUTIFUL!
These pictures were taken by my wonderful husband..with our new camera! Takes great photos yeah? LOVE THEM.
Okay.. now for the news on her sleeping.
UGH.
I have spoiled her. ROTTEN. She has been sleeping with us in our bed EVERY NIGHT. I get her to sleep and then I sneak her into her bed around 9-10.. then around 2 she wakes up.. and I bring her to bed with us. It's just easier that way.. but now I am not sleeping good..with all the tossing and turning from her and Tyler.. along with the damn TRAIN that goes by at 10pm.. 3am.. and 5am... CHOOCHOOING the WHOLE WHILE IT CHUGALUGS ON BY!!! UGh.. okay, you understand my frustration! It turns me into a BIG B! I CANNOT WAIT till we have our own place.. away from trains.. and motorcycles that start up at 6 AM.
SOOOO I don't even know where to go from here.. Well, I know what to do.. but tyler (who has to work 12 hrs a day and can't sleep through the crying from me trying to make her sleep in her own bed). So, UGH.
Yeah... then, she's up at 6-7 ready to party!
naps around 9-10
then naps around 3-4 sometimes even later.. like 5.
I know I need to fix this.. and soon.
She is still eating 3 meals a day.. with snacks in between.
I now have to give her prune juice pretty much every day.. because everything backs her up.. poor booboo.
but it's all good.. cause she LOVES the JUICE.
She has been standing up still.. but no taking steps.. yet...
I have a feeling it will be pretty soon though! I've been encouraging her as much as possible with it.. but she'd much rather jump around! haha my littly bunny. :)
Let's see... anything else?
AHH YES.. Tyler and I have our 1 year wedding anniversary this month on the 14th... We have a room in this VERY cute resort type place by Fredricksburg! I'm pretty nervous with leaving Hadley for the whole night. But.. this is definitely what I, and I'm sure, Tyler need.
Also.. Tyler will be 23 on the 20th! I remember when he was 14! haha.. such a cutie.
O.K.
Well.. need to get off the computer and get the day going.. I will leave you with oooonnnneee more picture! :)
And yes.. I took that picture^^

NOW
This week I have been looking in the past. Thinking of what I could have done, should have done, or would have done.. if only... wishing that I could go back to the "good ole days", but only for a little while. You know, when life was "simple". But were those days really simple? No, no, I don't believe so.
So why is it that I care soo much about what people (old friends from the past) think of me? Am I really that unsure of myself? I'm pretty sure that I know where I stand in this life..so why do I let other people's judgments stand in the way of my happiness?
I guess.. when it comes down to it.. you realize who your true friends are.
I just wish I had more.
but in the mean time.. I'm leaving the past behind.
...looking ahead.
if you want to be in my life.. then be in it.
if you miss me.. then don't tell me. just do something about it.
My new motto in life:
Live The Present
Create The Future
&
Turn From The Past
peace&love.

New Year!
Soo I know that it is already January 10th, but I never got a chance to sayyyyy, "Happy New Year"! I can hardly believe it is the year 2012 already! It seems like it was just yesterday that I was pregnant with my sweet baby girl Hadley! Ahhh a new year... I wonder what will be in store for us! I will make sure that I put more effort into this blog, even though no one reads it. LOL. Oh well, more fun for me!
So one of Hadley's presents that Daddy and I got her was a walker! She is actually pretty good with it now. She just doesn't have much room to walk around in the RV.
We also went to Lubbock for Christmas to visit on my mom's side of the family. It was a great visit except for the fact that one of my family members had an accident and had to end up in surgery. We didn't really get to visit all that much.. but it was still great to see the family and the friends as much as we could!
We ended up getting a BADASS new camera from my mom and rick! We LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE IT!!! It's a Nikon D3100 ! Takes great shots and videos! I will be taking some great photos with it and will share with whoever even reads this (if anyone).
In other news... Hadley has FINALLY popped her first tooth! HOORAY! It happens to be on the bottom left. It's oh soo cute.. but LORD is it a pain in the ass when they are cutting!!!
While I'm on the topic, last night was HORRIBLE! I swear the child was possessed by the teething monster. She was screaming in brutal pain.. I gave her Orajel and teething tablets but nothing, and I mean NOTHING. was soothing her. I pretty much just nursed her until she fell asleep.. (which was a little over 2 hours of nursing) YIKES!! I will be happy once the rest of them come in so we can be over and done with this. And I'm sure Hadley feels the same. Poor booboo.
Another milestone Hadley has reached isssss standing up!!! She has become pretty damn good at it too! Although, she mainly only does it on the bed. I have been trying to motivate her on the floor with it but she is just not all that interested. She'd rather jump. haha. well.. here is a pic of her standing on the bed:
Yes it's sideways^^ get over itttt. :)
She spreads her legs out reeallll wide while she is standing up.. it's pretty cute! c: hehe.
Well.. I guess that is all. I will leave you all with a sweeeet picture I took on my phone yesterday after a long days play :)

Do you have the spirit?
play music below and then continue reading:
So here I am.. TRYING my hardest to get into the Christmas spirit!
I don't know if I am just not feeling it this year because there is no snow on the ground or because it has just barely become jacket weather.
I have been watching youtube channels on how people have been decorating their homes and making yummy Christmas goodies and now I some what wish that I had started out a bit earlier on making this Christmas a bit more decorative and fun considering it is Hadley's very first Christmas!
So here is what I have decided to do:
I will make Tyler, Hadley and I Christmas stockings and find great little goodies to stuff in them for our family!
And after this Christmas I will head over to Hobby Lobby and go apeshit buying Christmas decorations for next year! All of the decorations are much, much cheaper the day after Christmas... HOORAH!
But until then I will decorate my blog with a cute little Christmas layout!
Have I typed the word "Christmas" enough for you? :)
So here is a little update on what has been going on around the Hays house hold..
Hadley had gotten sick a couple of weeks ago.. Nothing too serious but she did have to be put on antibiotics for a sinus infection and the poor girl had a horrid fever! UGH! I cannot stand antibiotics. They gave her a horrible diaper rash and she was in such a bad mood for about a week. Thankfully, after the antibiotics had all been taken and a few days had passed, the rash disappeared, and I had my wonderful baby boo back! :)
Over the weekend we had Christmas at my Grandparents' house. Hadley had lots and lots of fun hanging out with her cousins and the rest of the family.
Yesterday morning I woke up with a bit of mastitis.. it was sooo painful.. I had fever for a while but I did everything in my power to unclog the pipes and luckily it worked! No antibiotics for me! I still feel a slight pain but nothing compared to how it felt when I woke up. Daddy came home and gave me a wonderful back massage and I felt soo much better. Woke up this morning with no fever! Ahhhh lucked out on that one!
As for my last post about the formula feeding.. I had to stop because of the fact that Hadley got sick and I didn't want to put her through any stress while she was not feeling soo good in the first place. She seems to be all healed up now so I'm thinking about getting her on the bottle again. We shall see.
Well, I guess that is all! Leave me kind words people!

i was going to upload a video of her opening her 1st present but for some reason it wouldn't upload :(
but here she is playing pattycake!!:
I also had my 21st birthday! G and Papa babysat for us and we went out to the Buck Horn bar in Llano and got a hotel room right down the road for the night. Let's just say.. it was a long night.. I also was unable to get pictures because I couldn't figure out how to get this video camera to take pictures! UGH! and trust me you don't want to see the footage! :) haha Yesterday morning I woke up with a bit of mastitis.. it was sooo painful.. From Breast to Formula
I have been trying to transition Hadley from breast milk to formula... and let me tell you, today, it has been a challenge. Yesterday I dropped one bm feeding and replaced it with formula and she did fine! She drank 2 1/2 oz. and ate cereal. She then wanted to take a nap but the ONLY way she was doing it was if she had NeeNee (bm). soo I strapped her in her baby carrier and she whined a tiny bit and then fell asleep! (miracle). So this morning.. I had been up since about 4:30..off and on. I was EXHAUSTED, then I remembered!... AH yes! I can drink coffee and she can have her formula and by the time her bm feeding rolls around (lunch time) the coffee will have left my system... buutttttt NO. She was not having the formula this morning after she ate her cereal and I had drank 2.. count them.. 2! cups of coffee... NO BUENO. I drank about 2 bottles of water after that and kept trying to give Hadley the bottle.. but NOPE. UGH! sooo she kept screaming and I finally gave in and gave her the boob. Poor baby. I really do not want to push this on her too much and make her feel like I'm just being mean to her.. but I seriously and tired of breastfeeding. I know that there are those people out there that will give me hell for this.. and I used to care what others thought... but now I'm saying F**K IT! I can only breast feed for however long I feel that I can stand it.. and right now I feel like I am done!
So does anyone have tips on how I can make this transition a little bit easier on Hadley and myself?? I would greatly appreciate POSITIVE and informative feedback on this! please and thank you!
So on another note.. It's the 1st of December! YAAYY! Soo happy! I love December! Birthdays, Christmas, cold weather! ahhh couldn't ask for more!!
Hadley has now learned to hold her sippy cup up and drink from it on her own! sooo proud of my smart baby girl!

Where does the time go?!
7 months.
Hadley is now 7 MONTHS OLD! Oh mY GoOdNesS! She has reached soo many great milestones:waving byebye (she did this TODAY!)
crawling
standing up (with the..hardly any.. assistance of me and dada, or furniture)
saying dada, mama, baba (even though she rarely drinks for a bottle) ?
jumping ( MY GOSH THAT GIRL CAN JUMP!)
eating all different types of food!:
She absolutely LOVES peaches. They're her FAVE!
You know... when I first had Hadley people would tell me all of the time.."Enjoy her being that small.. they grow soooo fast." I always thought it was just one of those things that people just .. well.. said. haha
But, they were right! She has grown entirely too fast.. and I miss being able to just cuddle her up in my arms and watch her sleep soo soundly.
The love that I have for this little girl is far beyond what I what I ever could have imagined before I had her. This is truly the tightest bond that I have ever had with anyone and I really couldn't imagine my life without her.
I LOVE YOU HADLEY!!! xoxoxo
